What are the steps in the recruiting process?
1. Go to the Apply Online page, Click on "Apply online" on respective advertisement.
2. Use your credentials (Registered email id and Password) to login or click on "New User" to register yourself, if you haven't registered yet.
3. You have to complete the application before the last date.
4. There are six tabs in the menu and here are some guidelines to fill them up
a. Personal Information: Personal details, Address, Contact and other relevant information.
b. Educational Information: Essential qualification is prefilled and enter the required information in the given fields. Other qualification details are optional and may be entered manually.
c. Experience: You need to upload a good quality (clearly readable) experience certificate in PDF format ONLY for each entry. If candidates do not have experience certificate, then any document in support of experience may be uploaded.
d. Upload Certificates: You have to upload all the required Certificates like Essential qualification certificate, which mentions the percentage / class explicitly, Category certificates if any, Photo, Signature and any additional certificates.
e. Referee Information: Two referee details are mandatory. A Referee can be your previous Reporting Authority or any other person who knows you in professional capacity.
f. Final Submission: Here you can verify the details entered and submit the applicaiton. If a particular tab is complete / incomplete, then it woud be displayed once you expand the tab here. Unless all the required information is filled and the errors are sorted out, "Final Submit" button will not be enabled. Once the final submission is done, you can not edit any information. You may download the submitted application here
5. Unless you "Final submit", your application will be incomplete and will not be considered for further process.
6. All the certificates should be in PDF format ONLY and max 1 MB.
7. Photo: Clear colour image with size width (Min 100px, Max 300px), height (Min 150px, Max 400px) and JPEG/JPG/PNG formats are allowed.
8. Signature: Clear image with Size width (Min 50px, Max 300px), height (Min 20px, Max 300px) and JPEG/JPG/PNG formats are allowed.
9. Once you submit the application, you can login and download the PDF file of filled application.
10. You may use the same credentials for downloading call letter for written Test/Interview.
Forgot Password ?
You can reset the password on the respective advertisement login page. iTo reset, go to the Apply Online page, Click on "Apply online" on respective advertisement. Click on "Reset password" link. Enter your registered email id, Date of Birth and click on "Reset Password" button. You will receive an email on your registered email.
